Syntora Ai is a software studio in Pakistan, run by its two founders since 2019. It builds AI systems, automation and web products for clients, and it builds and runs its own product, SyntoraData, a company-data service where every fact shows its source and the date it was checked. Its website is syntorahq.ai and the product lives at syntoradata.com.
That is the short answer. The rest of this post explains what the studio does, how SyntoraData fits in, and how to tell Syntora Ai apart from other businesses that happen to share part of the name.
Who runs Syntora Ai?
Two brothers started the company in 2019 and still do the work themselves. One is a developer who builds the systems: sites, APIs, automation and AI. The other is a social media and marketing specialist who knows how a message reaches the person who should see it.
There is no account-management layer between a client and the people building. The person who scopes a project is one of the two people whose company this is, and the person you contact when something breaks is the person who built it. We are deliberately small, and we say so plainly because it shapes what we take on.

What does Syntora Ai build?
Client work falls into five practices. Each one has its own page under solutions.
- AI systems. Language models pointed at one specific job with a measured success rate: retrieval over your own documents, extraction from PDFs and emails, classification and routing, and agents that take real actions. Every system we ship can stop and ask a person when its confidence is low.
- Automation. Mapping the path a piece of work takes through a business, then removing the steps nobody should do by hand: syncing records between tools, chasing approvals, generating documents, running the same report every week.
- Web design and development. Full-stack product builds where design and engineering sit in the same team, with typed front ends, real APIs, authentication, payments and a release pipeline.
- Private and on-premise AI. For organisations that cannot send data to a third-party API. Open-weight models, fine-tuned on your data and served on hardware you control.
- Growth and data. B2B company and contact data filtered to a defined customer profile, technical SEO and domain analysis, and the publishing and analytics tools a content team needs.
The studio grew in that order, roughly. It began with social media toolkits and email marketing, moved into design and web development when campaigns kept landing on pages that could not convert, then into B2B data, automation and AI as clients needed the next layer down.
What is SyntoraData?
SyntoraData is the company-data product Syntora Ai builds and runs. It is a B2B company-information database with provenance: each record is built from official company registers, global identifiers such as LEI and Wikidata, and licensed company datasets, then enriched from the company's own public website.
The point of the product is that every fact can be traced. If a record says a company's registered address is in a certain town, it also says which register that came from and when it was seen. If it lists a general inbox or a switchboard number, it says which page of the company's own website showed it and on what date. The website enrichment is done by our own crawler, SyntoraDataBot. It always honours robots.txt, waits at least five seconds between requests to one site, reads at most 25 public pages per site, and runs from one fixed, identified address. It does not use proxies, logins, forms or CAPTCHA solving.
SyntoraData is not a people-search site, not a consumer data broker, and not a reseller of raw datasets. Access is by request and is served to customers as a dashboard. ScoutFold is the customer-facing product built on top of the SyntoraData engine.
Is Syntora Ai the same as other companies called Syntora?
No. Syntora Ai, at syntorahq.ai, is a separate company from any other business that uses "Syntora" in its name. We have no connection to them, we do not share staff, products or ownership with them, and we cannot answer questions about their services.
If you want to confirm you have the right company, check the domain. Syntora Ai only uses two websites: syntorahq.ai for the studio and syntoradata.com for the product. Our only public contact address is hello@syntorahq.ai. Anything else using a similar name belongs to someone else.
We sometimes appear as "SyntoraHQ" because of the domain. That is the same company as Syntora Ai.
How does a project with Syntora Ai usually work?
Most projects begin with a free 30-minute process audit. We look at the problem you describe and at the work around it, and we tell you whether it is worth building, whether ordinary code would do better than AI, or whether you should not hire us at all.
After that, the work follows four stages, described in more detail on the process page:
- Scope. Write down the real process and the measure of success before any code.
- Prototype. Build the smallest version that can be tested against your own data.
- Build. Turn the prototype into a production system with tests, monitoring and documentation.
- Operate. Run it, watch it, and improve it, or hand it over to your team.
We work on fixed-price projects, monthly retainers or as embedded engineers. Published prices and what moves them are on the pricing page.
What does Syntora Ai not do?
We do not publish client names, testimonials or performance figures we cannot show the workings for. Several of our work pages describe recurring problems and how we approach them, rather than claiming results on a client's behalf.
