This site collects almost nothing, so this page is short. It describes exactly what happens to the one form you can submit — and lists the things we deliberately do not do.
The only personal data this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your company name if you choose to give it, a budget range, and your message. Browsing the site collects nothing about you.
When you submit the form, your IP address is used to rate-limit the endpoint — the same address cannot flood us with submissions — and may be stored alongside a submission for that abuse-prevention purpose. That is the extent of it.
An enquiry exists for one purpose: so we can answer it. It is delivered to our inbox by email via Resend, a third-party email API, and may also be stored in the site’s own database so we can track which enquiries have been answered.
We use your details solely to respond to what you asked. You will not be added to a mailing list, and your enquiry will not be used for anything beyond the conversation you started.
This site runs no analytics and no tracking scripts. There is no advertising. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with anyone beyond the email delivery described above, and there are no third-party cookies.
If any of that ever changes, this page will change first — the date at the top of it is the record.
Your theme preference (light or dark) is kept in your browser’s localStorage. It never leaves your device and is never sent to the server.
One session cookie exists on this site, and it is only set for site staff signing into the admin area. Ordinary visitors never receive it.
Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to handle the conversation, and no longer than that has a reason to be.
Anyone — wherever you are — can ask for a copy of the data we hold about them, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We honour requests from EU and UK visitors the same way as everyone else’s: you ask, we do it.
Questions about any of this go to the same inbox as everything else. There is no separate privacy office — there are two of us.
