Internal projects, published as evidence rather than as products. You cannot buy anything on this page — that is rather the point.
A great deal of what is sold as AI engineering is a hosted API behind a form. Nothing wrong with that where it fits — but it tells you very little about whether a team can handle the parts that are genuinely hard: fine-tuning a model, proving it improved, making it behave on constrained hardware, and keeping it working once it is unattended.
So rather than assert we can do those things, here is the system where we did them, along with what it taught us.
