The re-keying loop
A person reads a document and types what it says into a system, every day.
Read →Sending more email to a decaying list, and wondering why replies dried up.
Open rates falling steadily with no change in content
The list has been bought, merged, or never cleaned
Everything goes to everyone, on the same day
Nobody is watching bounces, spam complaints, or domain reputation
This is where Syntora started in 2019, and it is still the work we see done worst. Email failure is almost never a copywriting problem — it is an infrastructure and hygiene problem that gets misdiagnosed as a creative one.
Once sending reputation is damaged it affects everything from that domain, including the invoices and password resets your business depends on. That is the part most people discover too late.
Authentication records, sending domain separation so marketing cannot damage transactional mail, and a warm-up plan if reputation is already harmed.
Verification and suppression, removing the addresses that generate bounces and complaints. This shrinks the list, which is the point.
Sending relevant mail to smaller groups rather than everything to everyone — which is both better received and better for reputation.
Deliverability and reply quality, not vanity opens — particularly now that open tracking is unreliable by design.
Deliberately no percentages here. What a change is worth depends on your volumes and your costs, and we would rather work that out with you against your own numbers than quote someone else’s.
